Really impressed at the portion sizes, quality, and flavors of the foodAppetizer i'd recommend is the nueve fries.
Me and the wife decided to try out Nueve for breakfast We were pleasantly surprised at the ambience and decor.
They are the pretty much a monopoly when it comes to places to eat in Bayhill Plaza.

"The lemon fries are good but might be a bit salty for some. The chicken skewer kebab is my go to meal there. Its a little pricey for what it is, but Its always hit the spot when Im hungry for it."

"First of all. I can't believe I have not stopped in here earlier in my life. How could I miss this GEM. This is my second time coming here after yesterday because I wanted to try their breakfast and egg salad sandwich. YUM! Yes the fat kid is strong within. Yesterday I was walking through mission on my way back from the tailors. I always past this place paying no mind thinking it's just another sandwich shop. But then I smelled this delicious aroma coming from there. I was like WTF smells good! Went in to check it out. I was impressed with the layout and products they have in there. It was so clean and organized. Then I realized it's an Italian delicatessen shop. No wonder why. I LOVE Italian food. I swear I feel like I was an Italian in my previous life. The people was so nice and great customer service. Grabbed me (2x) Mikey Jessica to go. Killed both in the same day. Now I am back to grab breakfast and lunch. What's great is the price. I pay like $12+ for Roxie down the street. Dont get me wrong Roxie is good. But a good big sandwich for less is Awesome in my book. Will be coming here more often. Highly recommended!"

"Food is good but need to step up customer service.I ordered on DoorDash and got a reasonable ETA so I started walking to the store. This was lunch time. When I got to the store, ETA jumped twice so then I had to wait 40 minutes to get a salad. I asked them if they can expedite it, they said no. I asked them to cancel and they said I have to wait 15 minutes.Obviously DoorDash needs to do better but a couple recommendations that the store can take to improve:1. Stop taking orders if you are out of capacity, especially for pick up at peak time. People walk to the store instead of waiting at home. I don’t check my phone every minute to see whether the ETA increases or not. I get an ETA and I walk. It’s a very bad experience that ETA increases significantly when you are already waiting in the store.2. Show some empathy and be kind to your customer. Lunch time is very tight for most people working in the city. I understand it’s taking longer to prepare the food and the least you could do is to help me cancel order right away so I can stop waiting and go somewhere else. Btw if I cancel on my end, I do not get a refund. All I got was “sorry there’s nothing I can do”.3. The other thing you could do is to route my order to the in store purchase queue which seems to have a shorter wait and start preparing my food right away instead of telling me I have to wait another 40 minutes. No way you are asking your customer to wait 40 minutes for a salad in a supposed to be “fast” food restaurant.Let me know how you think of my recommendations."

"So happy I could find vegan Boba! It was always easy vegan milk Boba teas when I live in Taiwan, but it was difficult for me to find vegan Boba in the USA. This place offers oats and almond milk. Other popular Boba Tea chains offer non-dairy creamer that is NOT vegan so be careful!! I absolutely LOVED my Dirty Horchata (vegan Horchata, boba, espresso) and my Nabeby loved his strawberry fresca boba!"
