This was my first time having this pastry and it was so delightful. The closest thing I've had was a cream puff from Beard Papa but I think Pate a Choux is better, although I know they are different things! The best words I could use to describe this is like a cream puff but with a cookie crust. It was absolutely my favorite part biting into those crunchy bits.
