"There's no shortage of places to find a great steak in Monteria, as it is famous for the rancheros that make up much of Cordoba. El Correo y Amada has earned it's marks. The meats at our table were all sumptuous and flavorful. I honestly think that their 200gm portions were quite conservatively estimated as our table was very full at meal's end. Service is very friendly and helpful a full bar was appreciated for before dinner drinks and the wines were reasonably priced. The restaurant itself is comfortable and informal. Food is served promptly and hot although one can linger and enjoy the conversation after the plates have been cleared. Like most meals in Colombia from a US$ perspective, this is a bargain. Enjoy some of the great flavors of Colombia."
