Delizie is one of my favorite places to eat in San Carlos. The food is delicious! It is super close to the San Carlos Caltrain Station and has a combination of indoor and outdoor seating. Francesco (the owner) and all employees in Delizie are incredibly friendly. I never had a bad experience there because I dived or ran out.
