It was a really hot day today, and Jamba was packed. I never really write reviews, but Maurica (the clerk and I think regional manager) was calm and ran the store well. I asked for the Banana Berry Smoothie, and apparently Jamba is having a nationalshortage of bananas. We paid $10.99+tax x 2 $24 for 2 açaí bowls. They had no spoons?! I told the girl, how am I supposed to eat an Açaí bowl with no spoon or fork? The worker Kyla told me to walk over to Starbucks and ask for a spoon. ??????????? View all feedback.
This Jamba has the best customer service. I literally go there all the time because of it!
