The owner is a chef from NYC who opted for a different pace of life down here in Guatemala. He brings a unique spin to his dishes, making most of the food (even base ingredients) in-house. We tried a pasta and it was lovely. It also came with a little soup and delicious garlic bread and a tasty donut-type thing with coffee for desert! View all feedback.
