Aqua Al 2 on 5th in San Diego's Gaslamp District was one of our favorites for special occasions. We loved their filet mignon with blueberry sauce and their pasta flights along with a great wine list. If I had to describe this place in one word, that would be overrated. Terribly so. There are two restaurants of its kind in the world: one in Florence and, of all places, in Gaslamp in San Diego.
