My family loves a good bowl of New England clam chowder. I was bragging to my adult kids that Boudin on Balboa Ave. has the best NECC in San Diego. My wife and I regularly enjoy lunch there. Well, today I took my son and daughter there for dinner since we were in the area bragging about how good the NECC is. Unfortunately, it was a great disappointment.
