I have eaten at Brazil by the Bay three times over the past two years and think the food is decent. The problem is that you have to pay too much. I paid $14 for a glass of water and a plate of beans, rice, and four strips of beef. The meat was basically cheap cuts you could have gotten at the supermarket for $2. Beer is $4 per bottle!
