Poorly managed, very slow service, not provided what we ordered, and felt forgotten about most of the meal. Then another server stepped in and made everything right. Food was good. Just needs better management and both times we've been there, they seem short staffed. We'll probably try the Encinitas store next time but the shops at Carmel Valley are nice. read more.
