Always a pleasure to spend time with good friendly company at the Pub. Be it after a Rugby match or an evening of poetry and pipes for Burns Night (the poet and the piper could not make it though). The service was great and so was the beer. The bartender had a knowledge of what she was selling which is increasingly rare. Great prices too. Don 't go here to eat (unless you 're already drunk). The maple carrots were actually just corn syrup and they were undercooked. Having ordered my burger medium rare, I got it back well done and crumbly for some reason.
