The long line for Hoai Hue Restaurant is quite understandable. Service is very efficient. The food is flavorful, delicious, and all at a great price. For the best appetizers, I recommend the banh beo and banh bot loc. The banh beo comes in two presentations on a single plate OR on individual small plates. I ordered the Bun Bo Hue and Banh Bot Loc. The Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef noodles) was too sweet. The complimentary condiments include chili oil, shrimp paste, hot sauce, and fish sauce. The chili oil was more on the sweeter side and did not have any spice at all. The Banh Bot Loc was not fresh and seemed a little old.
