Panera Bread - San Diego

This place is so terrible that this is not the first time waiting for a bagel and 15 minutes later not ready last time it was wrong I will never go back and I will not let go all mts here

The pandemic has really decimated the casual coffee/grab a breakfast morning scene. I often mock Panera and it's fans but I found myself here for the first time since mid 2019 this morning and as a last resort, Panera is fine. It's just fine. It's what we have now and it's ok.

Placed an order for pick up and when I went inside to pick it up nobody had a clue what happened to my order the manager Rosie went back there to help find my order and was not wearing a mask the employees in the kitchen all had there masks on their chins I watched Rosie put her fingers in her mouth before goin to the kitchen to help the staff prepare food, it was disgusting. I ended up asking for my money back as I am 6 months pregnant and they don’t seem to care about the safety of other while handling food

The chocolate chip cookies or to die for, and the cashier wasn't too bad to look at either. Cleaner than expected being downtown. Great work guys

Ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup and what I think was a sour dough baguette dipping the baguette in the chicken broth was a pleasant surprise !!! I was more than a little offended when I was served a half bowl of soup for 8 dollars with tax I barked they added more so I ended up with 3/4 of bowl that was filling enough for my appetite at that time maybe they should use a smaller bowl if they don't want to offend there customers !!!
