What dwfr likes about Pigment:
We were very happy with our choice of North Italia (At One Paseo mall in Del Mar Highlands) for my birthday. It 's not your typical 'check tablecloth chianti ' place, it 's airy and modern with a large bar, young hip staff, large tables and a variety of dishes. There 's both indoor and outdoor seating. All the food was delicious and they even gave us a *choice* of a complimentary birthday dessert. How great is that?... View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Pigment:
After booking for valentines night 5 weeks in advance and asked was it going to be the same menu the girl said yes we got there and it was a set menu which would have been ok but we dont eat meat or fish menu set $70 per person with out drinks which would have been ok if they would have accommodated and made a pizza they said no set menu and thats it so what a lovely valentines night not happy at all — View all feedback.
