What User doesn't like about Ruth's Chris Steak House San Diego:
I usually give it 5 stars but not this time. It took a unusually longer time to get out food after the appetizers. When our food did arrive my steak was undercooked so they had to bring it back to finish it. Which then my husband didn't want to continue eating his dinner while I didn't have mine. Very unlike Ruth Chris. When you spend 300 for a nice dinner you expect more. View all feedback.
Everything was amazing but there was a concert at city hall lawn and it was so obnoxiously loud with horrible traffic.
Eugene was amazing, he helped us through the menu and the food was amazing. Thank you Eugene for your great service. It was much appreciated!
If you are ready for next level dining and are put off by the cost, check the Pre-Fix menu. It's amazing, a great sampling across their menu (my choice was: Garden Salad, Shrimp, Steak, Garlic Mashed Potato side, Cheese Cake) and comes with great bread and amazing service!
Eugene our server was wholesome, genuine, and very knowledgeable of the menu and pairings.
Amazing food! It was my birthday and they had just the tiniest details to make me feel so special!
