Dine in service may be okay but TO GO is terrible. Absolutely terrible. Tried to order on the phone 3 times and got hung up on after being on hold for 10 minutes each time. Tried to order online as they were saying and the webapp could not even take payment or risk overcharging 3 times. Tried to explain this to them and got put on hold and hung up on. It's been much harder to get a reservation here ever since they were awarded a Michelin star, but we are so happy for them to receive the recognition they deserve.
