Pros: Their entire menu sounds tasty, I could get seated right away on a friday night, I liked the miso soup with sliced mushrooms, the shrimp ebi shumai I will get again, it’s a unique take on it, with a thick creamy sauce, the prices are reasonable, service is nice! This restaurant has lots of opportunities however the management lacks vision on a customer experience. Opportunity : outdoor bar. Inviting happy hour, great location and fun menu. Lack of vision: 1. manager who orders around people rather than train her team to understand processes, systems and how to manage situations. 2.
