The Cosmopolitan Hotel was an enjoyable experience that felt like a step back in time. The rooms captured the essence of what it might have been like to stay in a hotel in the late 1800s, but with all the modern conveniences. The staff genuinely seemed to love their jobs, and that was evident in their interactions with guests. We had a lot of fun; my wife and I truly enjoyed our time there. View all feedback.
The rooms are a change of pace in this time. lage is beautifully away from the beaten. the terrace is great with beautiful bar.
Robin was amazing!! The rooms were clean and comfy. Just remember this is a really old hotel, so floors have polish on them if you wipe up a spill it?s black) and not a lot of outlets. But great experience! Thank you Robin for your help with dinner!
Positive: The hotel manager bends over backwards to make your stay pleasant. When I arrived, he brought my parking pass out to the car. When I departed at 10am, and had missed breakfast, he went to the kitchen with me to prepare a generous to-go bag and coffee. Negative: Not being able to open the windows made the room smell kind of musty.
Wonderful experience. Pine tub and high pressure water shower were amazing. Parking is convenient enough. Stupendously friendly staff at check in and breakfast. I love historically significant places and it was a delightful stay. Beds are a tad firm, but comfortable. Wish more of the grounds were open when I stayed in 2020.
A very unique hotel with a historical theme. The room was small but that, along with no TV, simply contributes to its authenticity. I couldn't help but feel what it might be like in the 1700's. The furnishings, like the claw tub are well designed. It was clean and very comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfy. The checkin was simple are trusting (no deposit), and they leave you alone. They serve a simple breakfast on the long balcony with individual tables outside your door.
