I love oysters on the half-shell, and bouillabaisse, so was delighted with my meal in waterbar, and we have always found the waitress there to be personable, accommodating and efficient. while we did not opt for a seat with a view of the sea yesterday evening, this option is a grand plus, and during the warmer weather, sitting on the dach is a huge tasty, especially for a medium-western transplantation like me! we were here for a special birthday dinner and hoped for a beautiful sea view. we have a table near the window, which was nice, but what we had not realized was that this is not really a restaurant. it is a bar.
