To date, I always had great experiences with this location. Today my pizza was burned (as pictured) so I made a complaint. The *OWNER* (Jeff) told me aggressively that so thick crust must be cooked. The center is still dry and the tip is toast. I've ordered the same order for years and never seen it like that, but it's the lack of admitting that it wasn't boiled properly shocked me. read more.
