"Good location. Near the infamous walking street and other key locations in Clark. Good as a transient hotel but don't expect too much from the rooms. The room is a bit cramped with just too much furniture inside a small space. Beddings smell and look clean but already showing age because of holes on the sheet. Overall good value and location for the money. 3 stars."
