A shout out to Jonah Goldstein for creating the most delicious, creative and authentic Thai food. I've been to his amazing food truck any number of times and he never disappoints. He's a one man band in his kitchen so if it takes just a few minutes longer to get your meal, it's well worth the wait becuase he makes every dish to order. Had their chicken khao soi. This place gets an award for serving the blandest Thai food I 've ever had. Some pickled red chilis were provided to go with my meal. I put the whole container in and now I have vinegar chili flavored coconut milk. Even the chilis were bland. Definitely not aroy .
