This was the single most awful delivery experience I've ever had. We placed a large order to cater a party 24 hours in advance. The next day, as the guests were arriving, we get a cancellation notice on our order. Panic ensues. After an hour on the phone to (the actually helpful) DoorDash support we find out that this is not the Dickey's Barbecue Pit restaurant in SF, but rather a delivery only kitchen who isn't resp... Maybe the worst atmosphere I have ever experienced from a restaurant. I don’t know how such a poor design could even be possible but wow.
