I hadn't been to La Alteña in over 20 years, my dad used to take me when I was a kid. I always remembered how much I liked their burritos. I made sure to stop by when visiting San Francisco. I ordered a burrito and it tasted just how I remember from when I was a kid. It hit the spot! The food was delicious View all feedback.
In my very honest opinion I'm a Mexican very picky with Mexican food. If the restaurant doesn't have a delicious salsa or chip is not a good Mexican restaurant....
