Love the vibe of this place. To be fair I went for dinner and not drinks, though I wish I would have gone for drinks instead. Wow a place that is great and not great in one. The atmosphere is fun and lively and the service is quick, friendly and efficient. The chips and salsa are excellent, but then things go drastically down hill from there. First off the rice is not what you would expect or want unless you like butter flavored Uncle Ben's rice.
