El Capitan Taqueria And Grill

I ordered nachos with chicken but was disappointed to find that none of the cheese was melted. Instead, it was just cold shredded cheese sprinkled on top of cold chips with a scoop of meat. I was expecting the nachos to have warm melted cheese.

These were not even enchiladas, they seemed to be flautas instead. I was charged for sliced avocado but received guacamole. The only redeeming factor of this order was the chicken quesadillas. Overall, I found the experience to be very disappointing considering the price I paid.

The black beans are undercooked and tough. The cheese is not melted and the burrito is cold. It's difficult to justify the $10.36 price. I didn't realize that San Francisco could serve such a disappointing burrito.

This is not good the workers act like they don't even want to work most of the time constant attitude when you try and order also they charge .95 cent extra just for sour cream over expensive overall bad attitude constantly just not a good establishment

I live in Castro and this is the only Mexican Taqueria I would recommend in this area.
