I went to the emergency hospital nearby this place on Sunday. Since I had to wait so long in emergency, I've obviously got hungry and this place was the only one in a walkable distance and was showing as OPEN on yelp. I've struggled down to this place, hoping to get some food, and found it CLOSED.I was in pain and hungry, can you imagine my frustration?!Don't go there- they can be closed whenever they want!! read more.

Along with having a friendly staff and great service, their teriyaki chicken sandwich is one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Highly recommend!!

Favorite lunch in the city, have come here at least 30 times. I should probably try something other than the chicken teriyaki sandwich, but it's so perfect that...

"First of all. I can't believe I have not stopped in here earlier in my life. How could I miss this GEM. This is my second time coming here after yesterday because I wanted to try their breakfast and egg salad sandwich. YUM! Yes the fat kid is strong within. Yesterday I was walking through mission on my way back from the tailors. I always past this place paying no mind thinking it's just another sandwich shop. But then I smelled this delicious aroma coming from there. I was like WTF smells good! Went in to check it out. I was impressed with the layout and products they have in there. It was so clean and organized. Then I realized it's an Italian delicatessen shop. No wonder why. I LOVE Italian food. I swear I feel like I was an Italian in my previous life. The people was so nice and great customer service. Grabbed me (2x) Mikey Jessica to go. Killed both in the same day. Now I am back to grab breakfast and lunch. What's great is the price. I pay like $12+ for Roxie down the street. Dont get me wrong Roxie is good. But a good big sandwich for less is Awesome in my book. Will be coming here more often. Highly recommended!"

"So happy I could find vegan Boba! It was always easy vegan milk Boba teas when I live in Taiwan, but it was difficult for me to find vegan Boba in the USA. This place offers oats and almond milk. Other popular Boba Tea chains offer non-dairy creamer that is NOT vegan so be careful!! I absolutely LOVED my Dirty Horchata (vegan Horchata, boba, espresso) and my Nabeby loved his strawberry fresca boba!"
