These guys have amazing beef broth pho and really good vermicelli plates with fresh herbs. Haven?t tried much else, but this is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in SF. The Fried imperial rolls are also super good View all feedback.
What Chris Gonzalez doesn't like about Ly's Vietnamese Cuisine:
They dont offer the classic Dac Biet which surprised me. You cant even order tendon and tripe. Additionally i didnt get any basil or sliced onion. That being said the broth was fine. The shrimp rolls had too mich vermicelli in and the peanut sauce was very watery. Maybe I caught them when they were running low on ingredients.
