Their Roasted Garlic Ramen earned the first place in my most favorite ramen list. The broth was so rich and flavorful. I love roasted garlic and this ramens did it justice. The chef was quite generous with his food. The ramen bowl was deep allowing a good portion of noodle, veggies and broth, one whole runny yolk boiled egg, and 4 big pieces of very well braised pork.
