a very pleasant experience. the self-service works surprisingly well. the personal was very attentive. eating is high quality, looks amazing on the camera. but unfortunately, the sushi pieces are too big, each piece is 2-3 times the size of the grandmakase style sushi. not something that most people would complain about themselves, but it was very cumbersome to eat, and departs from the entire sushi experience. we were skeptical just because of his name, we went with low expectations. but the sashimi and nigiri proved us definitiw wrong! the sashimi cuts were very generous and fresh, and the rolls were full of taste, and the food is delivered on a rocket to the side of the table! service was also great.
