I bought a breakfast sandwich this morning. I asked for a honey oat bread. I didn't know they stopped serving such kind of bread. The Chinese lady started yelling on top of her voice telling me to pick the ones shown on the counter. She was rude and disrespectful. She didn't need to shout at all. Good customer service please.
