What Ed U doesn't like about T C Pastry:
The $1.70 Egg Custard was exactly what I expected (see photo: yelp.to/8ulnSGNuZO), while the $2 Fried Chicken Dumpling had a peculiar filling that reminded me of chicken à la king (see photo: yelp.to/RdQLMRv0XI). Both dishes were just average—not particularly memorable. The service was a bit lacking, as the staff member was on the phone throughout our interaction.
