I would like to hate a vegan burrito with tofu and buzz because they are both beans! tofu is soy and the buzz are either black or pinto. However, my favorites burritos here (1) are the grilled vegetables burrito with added tofu verde, vegan black roasted beans, and guacamole, or (2) the vegan plantain burrito with black beans. I love that they cater to veg but my experience was slightly lackluster. In a city where Mexican fare often exceeds expectations, even if it means you get something very basic to make it a vegan meal, I've always been impressed.
