The Melt - San Francisco

The location was understaffed. I waited 25 minutes before bothering the staff. They had forgotten my order. They were courteous enough to refund the cost of the grilled cheese sandwich and prepared one for me to take with me when I walked back to work. It was an unfortunate experience. Food was ...fine. Staff was trying hard, but not supported with enough people that day. 3 of 5 stars.

This is BAD food, sincerely. You could build houses with the bread. It’s solid enough. The beef tastes like it’s never been warmer than 20 degrees Fahrenheit. The fries are the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. This was an abysmal experience. McDonald’s is down the street and would have been way better. Don’t do it

Melt is delish and I recommend stopping by for good food and great customer service. Keyz, the server, went above and beyond to make sure our food was up to our satisfaction and that we were well taken care of. I'm so glad we decided to stop at Melt for an awesome lunch. Thank you Keyz for a great lunch.

Just did a pick up order from this location. As always it was quick clean and friendly service. The food here is amazing and the staff is truly next level. You can easily order, customize and schedule your food in the app. There is in person digital ordering on site. And Mama makes THE BEST fries. I continue to come back to this location because it's close to a lot of fun stores and the people are awesome. 10/10 do recommend! Vegetarian options: They have impossible burgers Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu!

This was our first time rating at The Melt. We will definitely be back. Chelsea was so helpful with recommendations on the menu and knowledgeable. Gerardo and Lloyd checked on us and made our visit more personal. I expected just a fast food place. It felt like the neighborhood spot. Chelsea recommended the kid options and our kids said their meal was 10/10. I don't usually leave reviews but they were so nice and the food was really good!
