We spent two weeks in Spain in May and were excited to have some yummy Spanish dishes. Well, the food we ordered, patatas, gambas, croquetas was very poor. The croquetas were hard as a rock and borderline cold. The gambas were tiny shrimp swimming in oil. The patatas were a different presentation from any we’ve ever had but were acceptable.
