While I have enjoyed the great view and service at the Waterfront for years, this latest visit may have been my last. The crab cakes and sandwiches had very little meat to satisfy tour appetite. The staff at the restaurant were very good, however there wasn’t consistency in the level of quality of food. The lobster bisque was bland and the grilled mixed seafood wasn’t seasoned well, taste like a charred grill and the scallops didn’t seem cooked.
