Great place to try northern style Phở which is unique in SF. I loved Phở Bò Ðặc Biệt (Combination of Rare Beef, Tripe, Well done Beef Noodle Soup), the soup was crystal clear, and even though there was tender super rare beef and crunchy tripe, it didn't smell strong at all so it's super fresh.
