It was my first time to eat Chaoshan beef hotpot.The beef lobster is surprisingly delicious.The hand-picked bones are super fragrant, and the seared oysters are not fishy at all.Forgot to order the beef balls!The meat quality is very good. Took my parents here on a whim. And we actually enjoyed it! I’m sure others with the bad reviews might’ve just went on an off day or got bothered by the languag...
