I enjoy a good sausage though I would not have necessarily put it as my first choice for a complete meal. However, the chorizo here, in a wonderful panela sauce changed my mind. Served with steamed cassava at the side, you can really take this dish on as a main course....really surprising delicious and different. View all feedback.
