we could sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of the plaza that is fantastic. it is the only road on the square that has no traffic, so they do not die of carbon monoxide poisoning like the other roads. we had. some great fruit drinks, empanadas and a beautiful salad with shrunk hair. that was great. the server never came back to check us out. no water. no refill. no more eating. no dessert. nada. we were awhile and...
