"Great friendly service! Very clean and the food was excellent! We had the octopus starter snd two pastas we shared yum! Waitress spoke perfect English and was super. The other guests were also friendly we will be back! We reccomend this great restaursnt! Relaxed snd delicious!"

"We couldn't find many places open as it was well past lunch time but we stumbled upon La Lanterna and went in only to discover they were closed too. However, the chef/owner and his wife graciously opened up for us and couldn't have been more welcoming. We were given wonderful home made bread and a complimentary starter whilst we waited for a four seasons pizza and spagetti vongole both were delicious. The chef suggested a fantastic sparkling rose and popped up several times to check we were ok. It was the best meal of our 4 day visit. We will definitely make a detour to visit again when next in the area."

"Fantastic food and ambience! They only had room inside but with 30 degrees heat it was the right decision. We had the scallops with spinach and then seafood risotto both were exceptional! Highly recommend a trip there!"
