I called today at 9.45pm reading that the bakery closes at 10pm asking by phone if there was any bread left...the sales assistants replied yes to which I said that I would be there in 5 minutes to collect it...the sales assistants were after me of which I replied you can come but I'll close in 2 minutes if you find it open well if not nothing... it doesn't seem like a way to respond to a customer in the first place.....
