"I run late back from falling friends in Medellin and had to stop my car for 2 hours and park until my pico y placa driving restriction last night ended 23. March and literally and randomly two blocks away and so I stumbled on GUADALUPE MEXICAN GRILL AND BAR in Bello (3 blocks from the Autopista Norte). Let me look for the hunt after I thoroughly enjoy 2 undisturbed hours here the excellent service of the very well-trained and friendly waiters to insure that everything to your pleasure, the great margaritas, the tasteful Mexican cuisine prepared as if I was back in my favorite Mexican restaurant in Los Angeles California, the lower line is that I finally found my go-to Mexican restaurant here in Medellin. After searching for all Colombia for the last 11 years I have found my job! A good sign that a restaurant is good that it is busy with locals and that was the case yesterday evening when I saw many tables full of guests all enjoying a variety of Mexican inspired food including sizzling hot Fajitas brought to the table, tacos of any variety, up and up and I watched many faces of satisfaction at each table. The cooks prepared my friends and my dish exactly as we demanded, I had more spices and my costena dish with less than normal hot spices. Again everything was fresh and hot from the grill and very well presented. A cry to our waiter named BRAYAN, who served my table. The service we experienced by the very well-trained waiters (hass off to the Owner and manager for training your waiters) was in the top 5 that I had the pleasure of enjoying in all my travels in Colombia until today, and best of this restaurant is a fast 15-20-minute drive from my home. Must mention the big clearly written menu with photos of the dishes, best of all that is served is just like the photos show, all real and legit, love it! I return and without reservation recommend this restaurant to all."
