Easily the best food truck in Bloomington! I try to never miss an opportunity to stop here. Staff is friendly and food is fantastic. Seriously delicious, authentic and uncomplicated recipes made with fresh ingredients. I love their tacos for sure, but their elotes are the best I’ve ever tasted.
