What Khoi Tran doesn't like about Bun Bo Hue An Nam 3:
We started with banh beo as an appetizer, followed by bun bo Hue and banh xeo. The food was decent, the prices were reasonable, but the vegetables were very dirty. It appears that this restaurant is trying to conserve water for the city of San Jose. View all feedback.

I chose to dine at this restaurant for lunch among the many Vietnamese restaurants in the complex. We decided to go with the pork vermicelli dish, which was incredibly delicious and one of the best I've ever had. Even the leftovers the next day were still tasty! The service was a bit inconsistent, but they were becoming busier as the day went on. We were one of the few non-Vietnamese tables, indicating that the food is authentic.
Service TOO fast ? great bun bo, ban beo is yummy too. Mi quang was delicious. Big portions -I couldn’t finish my food in one sittingFood: 5/5
Nam chua hue banh beo bun bo hueHue is one of my favorite spots to hit up for a home y comfort food in sj the three items ive selected on this list are my staples that i’d order every time i stop by! for the banh beo and nam chua hue these are more like appetizer items and for the nam chua hue it is definitely a bit sour y as it’s fermented but it has a spicy kick to it with the fresh chili added on top may be an acquired taste and not for everyone but also fun to try at least once! for the banh beo it’s rice cake covered with some yummy toppings ground shrimp and a pork rind. it’s both filling over time but super fun to eat as they come on small dishes. super flavorful already with the toppings but intermixed with the fish sauce provides the balance of savory and slight tanginess. for the bun bo hue i really appreciate how rich the flavor of the soup is (and maybe it’s because my spice tolerance is high but it’s actually not too spicy for most around me too. one of my favorite part of the bun bo hue is the noodle type and soup 10/10 recommend!tips: sharable portions for family style or just for yourself too : plentiful options to choose from service is super good family, groups, friends, and date friendly tons of yummy vegetarian options available
