China Chen - San Jose

Based on the average review of 4.1, the China Chen is definitely worth a visit.

It's hard for me to rate them 4 stars. All their ingredients from noodles, pork bones broth, fish ball, beef balls, are all fresh and delicious. And the food is very nice. However, I ordered a hu tieu nam vang (Cambodian noodle), soup aside, but the noodles do not come as original, it does not have the minced sauce I often get with Hu Tieu Nam Vang.
