What Alexis R likes about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
Standard Chipotle but 1 star removed since they constantly stiff your portions when ordering online. Asked for extra rice, three times, normal portion each time. And once asked for a tortilla on the side and I almost left with a small soft taco tortilla instead because I felt the bag was lighter than normal (was also missing extra rice). View all feedback. If you want to wait in line for 5 minutes while three employees stand around chatting making one order while never greeting you or igknowledging a new customer then this is your place, I dont have high standards but as a frontline customer service employee come on.
