Erik's Delicafe - San Jose

This place has the best sandwiches. always fresh, no matter what I order. the brot is the key. it is always fresh and soft. will definitely go my way for a healthy sandwich!

I discovered this place a month ago while I was on my new route, and I made an excuse to stop here since then. remy is the ultimate host, they service with a smile and make them welcome. he, nancy and devin make great sandwiches and create a really warm and friendly atmosphere. I liked this place and had planned to come back. but today the staff impressed me even more. I ordered one of her next-courts I hadn't tried before, and I personally wasn't too in there, so I had only a few bites. when I finished the rest of my meal and took my tablet back into the counter to say and go thanks, devin asked if I did not like the side I had ordered. I said I didn't like it so much, but that it was okay and that I would get something else next time. both he and remy immediately offered me something else on the menu I wanted. they knew I was a repeater and they wanted to take care of me well, even though I had only been there a few times. I said it was good and I didn't want anything, but they were super nice and said it was in the house. I'm always coming back here, and I encourage everyone to do that.

This is by far the best Eriks deli café location I've ever been to. I will go out of my way just to go to this location because the staff is so nice and they really do make the best sandwiches. I couldn't imagine getting my farmers market sandwich at other places. Ramy he's literally the nicest person I've ever met in any customer service in my whole life and that's a lot to say. He is always smiling and friendly and he remembers you and your orders and every time I go in he is always talking to people and making them smile and making their day. Through the pandemic he has really been a breath of fresh air and I seriously appreciate him! Please visit this location you will not be disappointed.
