Very slow service. You advertise Hot N Ready Pizza, but when I go, there's never a pizza ready to wait 15 minutes. While you get fresh made pizza, it sometimes defeats the purpose for those on the go or in a hurry. Also a language barrier with employees that makes communication difficult.
