I stopped by this plaza around lunchtime on a weekend and it was super crowded but thankfully we were able to find a parking spot after driving around a bit. I like pho so we decided to try Pho Tau Bay. There were quite a few people here but we were able to get seated right away. I ordered #14, the Chin Nam, which was lean, well done brisket and flank.
